Christine Flannery: Christine is an AFAA certified fitness instructor trained in cardio dance, Divalicious, stretch and strength, belly dance, stability ball, interval training, Latin dance, resistance training, yoga,and Pilates. She teaches everything from boot camp to Bhangra and has been doing it since 2005! Having lost over 100lbs herself, Christine believes that exercise needs to be part of every healthy lifestyle. It is her goal to make working out so much fun you crave it, want it and look forward to doing it!
